Refund policy

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), which is what we sell here at Coad Micro Farm.

However, if when you inspect your order upon reception and the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item then please contact us immediately at hello@coadmicrofarm.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Coad Micro Farm is a human business run by one person (hi!) so if you do have any concerns whatsoever please feel free to email hello@coadmicrofarm.co.uk and I can get things sorted for you!
